(Bogotá, Colombia) – The Redemptorists of Colombia are witnessing a historical event not just because of the increase in vocations but for a functional reason. The Provincial Chapter approved the unification of the two phases of the postulancy and of the Juniorate in one house: Seminary of St. Alphonsus of Suba.
On 4th February, the academic year began with a Eucharistic celebration presided over by the Provincial Superior, Father Jorge Gómez Rueda, C.Ss.R. In the photographs seen below, sent by the confrere Wilson Efrén Duarte, are the 36 seminarians of both stages, in addition to the formation community and the vocation promoters and the youth of the provinces of Quito and San Juan are included.
Some of the faithful who support and pray for our vocations and those who attend the usual Sunday Eucharistic celebration are there also pose for the photographs.
