(Bella Vista, Argentina) Continuing the process of reconfiguration, as Redemptorists confreres involved in the novitiate formation, we met together on15 and 16 November 2019 in the novitiate house in Bella Vista.
Currently, we are three novitiates: Bella Vista (Argentina), Teité (Brazil) and Piedecuesta (Colombia) that belong to the Conference of Latin American and the Caribbean.
We were fortunate to be accompanied by Fr. Manuel Rodríguez Delgado, the Chairman of the General Secretariat of Formation and Fr. Marcelo Araujo, Coordinator of the Conference.
The objective of the meeting was to formalize common criteria to take into account the operation of the Novitiates from next year and to make proposals for the pre-novitiate stage.
