(Bogotá, Colombia) – The Council of the Conference of Latin America and the Caribbean met on October 22 and 23 in Bogotá.
The topics discussed during the meeting were the following: planning for the year 2020; search for guidelines for the implementation of the Apostolic Plan at the Conference; steps and deadlines for the restructuring of this part of the Congregation; definition of the directory for the novitiates of the Conference; Programming of activities and visits of the units and missions of the Conference; presentation of data for the opening of novitiates.
There was the full plenary session of the Conference Council, made up of the Redemptorist missionaries: Marcelo C. Araújo C.Ss.R. (Conference Coordinator), Fr. César Torres C.Ss.R. (President URSAL), Fr. Roque Silva C.Ss.R. (President of the URB), Fr. Luis Carlos Jaime C.Ss.R. (President of URNALC) and Bro. Javier Ceballos C.Ss.R.
It was a very intense, cordial and fruitful meeting.
