The Vice Province had a seminar with the new Leadership Team just appointed for the quadrennium. This seminar was organized for all the local Superiors, Pastors and Directors of Apostolates. It was a three-day seminar from the 24th of October to the 27th of October 2023 at the Spirituality Centre, Liguori Community, Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria.
The highlights of the seminar included a presentation on the balance between task and relationship, a presentation of the vision of the vice provincial council, a Pastoral Plan for apostolates and communities, issues on finance and documentation, a Plan for Community Life (developing the PCL) and updates on Professional Conducts.
The group works, and reports followed presentations. The seminar was also time to prayerfully reflect on the core of our life as Redemptorists as we were participating in the Alphonsian prayer and celebrating the liturgy.
