On May 31, 2024, the second Congress of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in the entire South of Vietnam took place at the Pilgrimage Center of Our Lady of the Nui Cui, Xuan Loc Diocese. The Association of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a pious society cared for by the Redemptorists.
This Congress brought together about 2,700 people from 33 parishes belonging to 9 different dioceses. It was an opportunity for all the children of Our Mother of Perpetual Help to meet each other, learn together, and share joy with others.
“Mary – Witness of joy” was the theme of reflection, presented by Father John Nguyen Ngoc Nam Phong, CSsR.
Bishop Giuse Dinh Duc Dao, former Bishop of Xuan Loc Diocese, presided over and preached at this Congress. The bishop reminded all participants that they are the presence of joy in their environment, following Mother Mary’s example.
We hope that this Congress will bring many benefits and spiritual encouragement to the members so that they can witness the holy joy of the Virgin Mary’s life.
