From February 18 to 20, 2025, the Andean Caribbean Province, made up of the countries of Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela, has brought together its vocational trainers and promoters in order to offer a space for training and updating of the reality experienced by the different stages of formation, presenting new strategies to guarantee adequate vocational accompaniment.
This meeting took place at the San Alfonso Seminary in the city of Bogotá, where the Postulancy and Juniorate stages take place. It was a favorable experience for the integration of vocational trainers and promoters with the students.

The following topics were discussed over the three days:
- The Culture of Care, to promote safe spaces in the different areas of training.
- Consecrated Life in Canon Law, in order to raise awareness that religious formation has legal implications.
- Hope from the perspective of Saint Paul, with the purpose of having guidelines to celebrate and live the jubilee better.
There were also moments to share the different training experiences that are being carried out in the Province and the new Provincial Statutes that correspond to the formation were corrected.
