Hanoi: March 26, 2021, nearly 2000 members of the Association of Our Mother of Perpetual Help came from dioceses of Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Phat Diem, Thai Binh … arriving at the Shrine of OMPH Thaiha to attend the Lenten retreat of the Association. During the day, there were 5 Redemptorists who stayed at confessionals to reconcile the penitents with God.
Father John Luu Ngoc Quynh, the chaplain of the Association of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in the North of Vietnam, shared his reflection and celebrated Mass. In a special ceremony, there were 250 new members, who took the promises to officially join the Association of Mother Perpetual Help in the North of Vietnam.
The Lenten Retreat is a perfect opportunity to start, reboot, or dial in your prayer and relationship with God, all while talking with a spiritual guide and looking ahead to Easter.
Thank God for the ever-growing of the Association of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in terms of the number of members and the quality of our devotion to Our Mother.
May each member become more and more zealous in the Christian life to make the world know Our Mother through the activities of the Association.
