Within the integration process that the Provincial Council continues to promote, three days of Spiritual Exercises were scheduled for this year. The first was held in Casa Cristo, Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, from April 08 to 12 and the second from April 15 to 18 in Casa “Monte Carmelo”, El Salvador. The third one is pending in Haiti for the month of July.
During these sessions, we were accompanied by Rev. Father César Edilberto Torres Pantoja, C.Ss.R., Coordinator of the Conference of Latin America and the Caribbean. With great competence and anointing, he has developed the reflections: “Restructuring for the mission… Put your works in the hands of the Lord, and your projects will be fulfilled (Prov. 16:39).”
We thank Father César for so much goodness and generosity in those two weeks in our province accompanying these Spiritual Exercises. With the words of a confrere who accompanied us from the periphery, I close this note. “May God guide the minds, hearts and entrails of those of us who make up the new Province so that we can assume the restructuring and reconfiguration in a creative and faithful way to our missionary realities. May the transition process lead us to consolidation both personal and community.”
