One of the great things about the Catholic Church is its incredible diversity. Practiced in nearly every country in the world, the same Catholic faith finds expression in a multitude of languages and cultures.
The church below is a chapel at the Redemptorists’ Fr. Ray Foundation in Pattaya, Thailand.
You’ll notice right away that the church looks different than most churches in the West. That’s because, according to Fr. Matt Allman, CSsR, the art and style of the church follows the style of a Thai Buddhist temple, but reworked with Christian imagery.
